- Health Standards: We ensure all birds are in peak health at the time of transfer.
- Inspections: We recommend that all new owners have their birds examined by a certified avian veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.
- Liability: CA Exoticss Birds is not responsible for health issues arising from improper care, diet, or environmental stress once the bird has entered the customer’s home.
5. Payment & Deposits
Our bird prices will experience changes because we need to maintain our right to modify prices at any time. The deposit for holding a specific bird becomes non-refundable except for cases when we provide written confirmation of refunding the deposit.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Our organization provides specialized transportation services which maintain climate control requirements for our bird shipments. The company takes all necessary safety measures for transporting birds but CA Exotics Birds will not accept responsibility for delays which occur due to weather conditions or third-party carrier operations. The buyer who purchases from us must first create an environment which meets humane standards while providing proper nutrition and required veterinary treatment. We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe the environment is not suitable for the specific needs of the species.
